The 9th annual Data Mining Technology Conference will be held at the Rio All-Suite Hotel in Las Vegas Nevada on October 23-24, 2006. M2006 is reserving a block of rooms at the Rio for the conference. You are responsible for calling the hotel to make your reservations.

SAS has secured a special room rate of $163/night, single or double occupancy. Each additional person in the room is $35. Children 6 and under are free. (Refer to S10BM46 code when making reservations.)
A limited number of government room rates are available at $112/night, single or double occupancy. To qualify for the government rate, you will be required to present appropriate identification upon check-in. (Refer to S10BM26 code when making reservations.)

Taxi cabs are available outside on the east side of baggage claim, exits 1 through 5. Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist you. - For security reasons, SAS does not allow access to the internet or to e-mail from classroom computers. The Internet Pavilion will be available throughout the conference for your personal use.
- Attendees are not allowed to have children or guests accompany them in the conference or training.
- Room temperatures do fluctuate. Please bring a light jacket or sweater to ensure your comfort level.
