- Your poster must be displayed in the Exhibit Hall by Monday, October 23rd, 8:00 AM.
- Please check in at the Registration Desk on Sunday, October 22, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Or on Monday, October 23 beginning at 7:30 AM. You will have access to the Exhibit Hall to display your poster starting at 11:00 AM on Sunday.
- M2006 will provide a display board and header denoting the Title and Author. Contents of each poster must fit within the dimensions of the display board: 45"x45" for the main area and 25"x45" for the side panel. You must bring your own materials (push-pins, tacks, velcro) to affix your poster to the boards.
