Transportation

Transportation is provided to and from SAS for conference attendees staying at the conference hotel.

The conference hotel provides transportation to and from the airport. You should call the hotel to arrange this transportation. Courtesy phones are located in each terminal at the Airport.

Attendee parking is located in front of Building V.

Conference Schedule

You can check in and pick up your conference materials beginning at 8:00 a.m. Start and end times vary daily depending on scheduled activities. Please see agenda.

Note:	Recording devices, including video and audio, are not permitted in the classroom.
	For security reasons, SAS does not allow access to the internet or to e-mail from classroom computers.
	Attendees are not allowed to have children or guests accompany them in the conference center.
	Classroom temperatures do fluctuate. Please bring a light jacket or sweater to ensure your comfort level.

Lunches and Snacks

Coffee, tea, fruit juices, soft drinks, a breakfast snack, and lunch are provided each day as part of the conference fee.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all Institute buildings. Smoking areas are conveniently located outside the training center.

In case of emergency, your family or coworkers can leave you a message during meeting hours by calling the Institute Training Center Coordinator at 919-677-8000.
