Suresh Vittal, Principal Analyst, Forrester Research

Suresh Vittal serves direct marketing professionals. His research focuses on the confluence of technology, data and analytics and the impact on marketers. Vittal helps marketing clients navigate the ever-changing marketing technology landscape and develop data driven marketing strategies.

His research agenda focuses on enterprise marketing technologies, database marketing strategies, customer analytics and technologies that make customer insight operational. In the past, Vittal has written about contact optimization, inbound marketing, marketing optimization and the changing enterprise marketing software landscape.

Vittal has an MBA from Greenwich College, The University of Hull, in the UK and an MS in computer information systems from Bentley College.


Jim Lenskold, President, Lenskold Group Inc.

Jim Lenskold has brought 20 years of innovation in marketing ROI measurements and analysis into mainstream marketing organizations through consulting, publishing, speaking and workshops around the world. His book Marketing ROI: The Path to Campaign, Customer, and Corporate Profitability is translated into eight languages and was named one of the five most influential marketing books of 2004.

He also successfully launched and grew a technology firm before starting the Lenskold Group.

Brad Brinegar, Partner, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, McKinney

Brad Brinegar started his career at global agency giant Leo Burnett in 1979, eventually rising to Chief Executive Officer of Leo Burnett USA.

Brinegar joined McKinney in 2002. Since then, McKinney has become known as an innovator in communications integration for its work on such prominent brands as Audi, Travelocity, Sony Electronics, The NASDAQ Stock Market, Virgin Mobile and Qwest Communications.

In 2006, Advertising Age named McKinney one of the nine best "full-service" agencies in America.  They wrote, "Marketers curious enough to take a peek under McKinney’s hood would find an agency uniquely suited to survive – and thrive – in a digital world," citing McKinney’s "smart account team structure, which keeps its interactive experts and media and connection planners close to its offline people." 

Creativity magazine named McKinney’s launch of the Audi A3, The Art of the Heist, US Campaign of the Year and one of the "10 Best Interactive Campaigns of the Past 20 Years."  It was the most broadly awarded U.S. campaign of the year, winning at the EFFIE Awards, the Cannes Festival, the One Show, the Andy Awards, the AAAA’s Jay Chiat Planning Awards, the Yahoo! Creative Summit and the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s MIXX Awards.  McKinney also dominates at the EFFIEs, the American Marketing Association’s recognition of communications-driven results, ranking sixth in the nation over the past four years.
