Gene Gsell leads the comprehensive business and strategic operations of the U.S. retail sales unit within the Americas division of SAS, the world's largest privately owned software company. Gene brings 25 years of sales and marketing experience to this position, with expertise in e-commerce strategy, profit-growth management, product line introductions and extensions, channel development, business restructuring and licensing.
Prior to working at SAS, Gsell served in diverse roles at several retail and wholesale companies, including Danskin, The Timberland Company, Hanes Hosiery and Federated Department Stores.

Jay Moorhead
Formerly of Tween Brands, Inc.
With more than 36 years of experience in retail, Jay Moorhead is a true veteran of the industry. Most recently a specialist in business process and system integration for Tween Brands, a leading specialty retailer for tweens (ages 7 to 14), Moorhead spent an additional 25 years at the girl-centric, multichannel retailer as vice president of allocation. In that role, he developed merchandising processes and training programs, and he also created blueprints for a variety of systems built internally by Tween Brands, including allocation, store planning, testing and size analysis tools.
Prior to working for Tween Brands, Moorhead held varied positions at Sperry Top-Sider, Stride Rite and Terry Footwear.
