SAS World Headquarters
The executive conference will take place at SAS world headquarters in Cary, NC. The SAS campus is nestled among rolling hills and beautifully landscaped grounds. Of approximately 421 acres at our headquarters campus, 66 are developed. The remaining 355 acres comprise mostly old growth woodland, lakes and streams, farmland, natural areas, and approximately 58 acres of maintained grassy lawns primarily used for employee recreation and landscaping. Walking trails abound on campus and are a favorite of fitness-minded employees. In addition to landscaping, the beauty of our facilities is enhanced by our collection of approximately 3,750 works of art, displayed in nearly every hallway, conference room and public area on campus, as well as outdoor sculpture. There will be an opportunity to tour the campus during the conference.

Conference Fee
This conference is complimentary, however hotel and travel arrangements to Cary, NC, are the responsibility of individual conference guests.

Transportation
The Umstead provides 24-hour shuttle service to and from Raleigh-Durham International Airport. However, for very early or late arrivals, we recommend that guests confirm shuttle arrangements directly with their hotels.

Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from The Umstead to all SAS-sponsored events throughout the conference. Luggage storage will be available at SAS for those wishing to check out of their hotels prior to airport departure. At the conclusion of the conference, a chartered bus will depart for Raleigh-Durham International Airport, arriving at approximately 5:30 p.m. (We suggest scheduling departures for after 6:30 p.m.) Shuttle transportation will also be provided for those opting to return to The Umstead.

Meals
A conference welcome reception and dinner will be held at The Umstead in Cary, NC, on Tuesday, June 10. This event provides an excellent opportunity for relaxed networking among SAS staff and conference guests.

On Wednesday, June 11, a continental breakfast will be available upon arrival at SAS, and lunch will be provided by our award-winning café. Following the conference, we invite all participants to a closing reception.
