Arthur Samuel Joseph, M.A., is a master teacher/strategist to Hollywood celebrities such as Albert Finney, Anne Bancroft, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Pierce Brosnan and Angelina Jolie and to corporate giants Disney, Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Toyota and Universal Studios Hollywood.

Joseph is also an author of three books, two audio series and a video/DVD. He was a professor at University of Southern California and a visiting artist at Yale University and George Washington University. He is on the faculty of the City College of New York Graduate Extension Program. He is the founder of the Vocal Awareness Institute and has studied the physical, emotional and psychological aspects of the human voice for more than 40 years. Back to top


Holger Rathgeber works with Becton Dickinson, one of the leading medical technology companies, in human resource management. Rathgeber spent his early professional career in Asia, where he gained experience facilitating the successful divestment of a company and led company operations to a new go-to-market model. He helped the leadership team achieve higher levels of collaboration and strategy integration. Rathgeber recently collaborated with Professor John Kotter, the world's leading authority on leadership and change on the book, Our Iceberg is Melting, which will be published this year.
