Bios:
Geoffrey Moore is a best-selling author, a Managing Director at TCG Advisors and a Venture Partner at MDV. Recognized as a leading business consultant to large companies facing formidable strategic challenges, Moore works with established enterprises in his role of Managing Director of TCG Advisors. In this role, he divides his time between consulting on strategy and transformation challenges with senior executives and developing mental models to support the practice. With this focus in mind, he has written Dealing with Darwin: How Great Companies Innovate at Every Phase of Their Evolution.
Also recognized for his expertise in market development and business and investment strategies, Moore is a Venture Partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures, where he serves as an adviser to many of its portfolio companies by drawing upon best practices derived from his extensive background working with technology startups.
Moore has made the understanding and effective exploitation of disruptive technologies the core of his life's work. His books, Crossing the Chasm, Inside the Tornado, The Gorilla Game and Living on the Fault Line are best-sellers and required reading at leading business schools. Highly regarded as a dynamic public speaker, Moore is the founder of the Chasm Group. Earlier in his career, he was a Principal and Partner at Regis McKenna Inc., a leading high-tech marketing strategy and communications company, and for the previous decade, Moore was a sales and marketing executive in the software industry.
He holds a bachelor's degree in literature from Stanford University and a doctorate
in literature from the University of Washington.

Dr. Michael J. O'Connor is an internationally recognized thought leader who has contributed several different types of breakthroughs for producing higher personal, group/team, and organizational performance and purposeful fulfillment. He has often been referred to as a practical, problem-solving visionary. He is called upon daily to provide his expertise in the areas of personal, group and organizational behavior. He has dedicated his life to helping others, of all walks of life, positions and types as well as levels of organizations, through his coaching, consulting, speaking, training, writing and resource products.
He has more than two decades of experience as a conference and seminar speaker, and as a consultant for a wide range of business applications throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. He is recognized for his accomplishments in the fields of leadership, conflict resolution, behavioral management, values development and organizational development. His role often can be described as a master consultant to consultants.
The culmination of more than 30 years of O’Connor’s research has been the numerous authored and co-authored national best-selling business books, such as The Leader Within (2005), Developing Leadership & Character (2000), Managing By Values (1997), The Platinum Rule (1996) and People Smart (1990, now in its ninth printing). O’Connor has produced more than 50 formal training workshops, seminars, extended training programs, learning tapes, behavioral inventories, research articles, and more than 150 different business and human resource tools being used throughout the world.
O’Connor holds a B.S. in the social sciences, an M.A. in the behavioral sciences/psychology and a Ph.D. in management. He has served as the Vice President of Resource Development and Consulting at Carlson Learning Co. and has been a university professor. He is the founder of both the Life Group of Companies and the Center for Managing By Values.
