Dr. Jerry Oglesby, SAS
Will Hakes As Co-Founder and CEO of Link Analytics, Will Hakes leads teams of world-class data scientists, statisticians, mathematicians, and consultants, ensuring that Link's Big Data Analytics solutions drive competitive advantage and lasting organizational change for clients. Will founded Link Analytics on the principle that the Big Data Analytics Revolution has only just begun, and that the productization of analytics is the key to solving high value problems faced by global businesses today.

Will's career has been dedicated to the application of advanced analytics, solving the most dynamic and complex problems across industries. He has led analytical powerhouse teams at Fortune 500 and small companies alike, and helped engineer integrated analytical solutions across a wide variety of verticals, with a particular emphasis on Communications and Financial Services. Prior to founding Link, Will was President of Advanced Analytics, a division of Aspen Marketing Services, and served as Chief Marketing Officer of AMC Inc, the world's largest wholesale trade exchange.

Will received his PhD in Decision Sciences from Georgia State University where he specialized in the application of quantitative methods to marketing problems. He received his MBA and MS from Georgia State University and his BS in International Affairs and Economics from Georgia Tech, graduating with Honors. He currently serves on several Boards at Kennesaw State University and is a Marketing Board member of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).

Jerry Oglesby Jerry L. Oglesby is the Director of Higher Education Consulting and Global Certification within the Education Division at SAS. His department supports SAS in the university community primarily by introducing SAS training materials and software into university curricula. Prior to starting this group, Oglesby was Director of Analytical Consulting within the Professional Services Division. In that role, he grew the division from its formation to approximately 40 modelers and business analysts. This group was largely responsible for supporting the successful launch of SAS' award-winning data mining solution, SAS Enterprise Miner.

Oglesby holds a PhD in statistics from Texas A&M University, a master's in mathematics from Lamar University and a bachelor's in mathematics from the University of Mississippi. Before joining SAS in 1996, Oglesby worked at Monsanto Chemical Company and he was CEO and founding President of SCI Data Systems. Following completion of his doctorate at Texas A&M in 1971, he was a Professor of Statistics at the University of West Florida where he established the Institute for Statistical and Mathematical Modeling.

Oglesby serves on numerous advisory boards in support of statistics and data mining.
