The women's specialty retailer, Chico's FAS Inc., needed to gain a more holistic view of its middle- to high-income clientele, but the company was operating with a fixed data model that didn't adapt well to a changing environment. Data was sent out for modeling, so the results were often stale by the time campaigns were developed.
