Rittman has nearly 20 years of corporate strategy and marketing experience in the financial services, utilities, telecommunications and health care industries. Throughout her career she has specialized in leading large-scale, enterprise-level strategies including new market development, diversification efforts and business process reengineering. Prior to joining SAS, Rittman was Director of Business Transformation with BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina. In that role, she led efforts to identify and pursue strategies to ensure market expansion, diversification and continued viability in a rapidly changing marketplace.
