SAS Italy: Striking the balance between work and life
Italian office of business analytics leader SAS ranks among the 35 best companies in the country for the third year in a row. SAS Italy earned seventh place in the 2013 rankings, up from twelfth in 2012. This result, according to Marco Icardi, CEO of SAS Italy, is linked to the alignment of human resource management policies with SAS' corporate values. This includes a strong focus on employee well-being, both in the workplace and in private life. Particularly in Italy, he points out, treating employees well contributes to the organization's success. Another area of excellence for SAS is in considering the entire organizational ecosystem in its policies.
