SAS/STAT®, SAS/GRAPH®, SAS/ETS®, Base SAS, SAS macros, SAS/AF®, SAS/FSP®, SAS/ACCESS®, SAS/SHARE® and SAS® Enterprise Guide®.
What is a problem you have solved using SAS?
I have done text mining with Base SAS. I have used it for matching records between files where there is no common key but there are common fields (fuzzy match merge). I have also used it for management succession workload management and for performance measurement.
What is the most innovative way you have used SAS?
Fuzzy match merge.
What is your most memorable SAS moment?
That would be starting the first local area SAS users group – Hartford Area SAS Users Group – in 1983.
How has SAS changed in the time you have been using it?
Only for the better.

LSUG (Hartford, CT; New York; Boston; Washington), New Hampshire and Vermont Users Group, and SUGI in 1986, 1996 and 2000.
