The answer is high-performance analytics,” said Farrell. “Leaning on my 30-plus years in the technology industry, I set a direction and strategy that focuses on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring relevant value for organizations as they embrace big data analytics.”
Farrell joined SAS in 2002 as President of SAS Canada and Latin America, rising to Executive VP of the Americas in 2008 and his current role in 2015.
Prior to working at SAS, Farrell was Area Vice President with Vignette, and Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development for Idiom Technologies. He was educated at Wulfrun College in Wolverhampton, England. He is a member of the Council of the Americas (COA), a collaborative network of thought leaders that exchange ideas and create solutions to the challenges of conducting business in the Americas.
