Vice President of Professional Services, SAS Canada
Paul Lovell is the Vice President of Professional Services at SAS Canada. Mr. Lovell is responsible for leading the operations and growth of SAS Canada's service delivery teams including the professional services, education and training practices. He engages directly with clients to understand their business challenges while ensuring alignment with our sales and marketing organizations.
Paul has over 20 years of experience in leading client-facing professional services organizations. Prior to his current role, Paul served as Vice President, Implementation Services for ADP Canada, specifically focusing his team on improving the client engagement experience through streamlining their operations. Prior to this, Paul spent 22 years at IBM Canada serving in a number of leadership positions including General Manager of an IT Professional Services Unit and as Delivery Executive for the IT Professional Services team, managing a practice of 700 IT service delivery professionals. In addition, he led IBM’s Web Hosting business unit to market leadership.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce and Economics.
