The SAS
Data Surveyor for Clickstream Data is capable of processing the standard
Web log types indicated in
Data Sources. Since these log files are generated by the Web server
as the user activity was occurring on the Web site, little needs to
be done to prepare these for processing.
Simply
place the log files in a common location that can be accessed by the
application server or servers that will process the logs. Note that
all log data should be processed in chronological order.
