Appointments

To schedule an appointment to see a Health Care Center nurse, nurse practitioner, physician, physical therapist or psychiatric nurse counselor, please call the Health Care Center receptionist.

If you must cancel an appointment, please call the appropriate receptionist as soon as possible. You must give at least one hour’s notice when canceling most appointments; failure to do so will result in a $10 no-show fee. You must give at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling an appointment with a physical therapist or a psychiatric nurse counselor; failure to do so will result in a charge of the provider’s hourly rate to offset the cost of unused appointment time. This no-show charge will range from $37.50 to $75.
