SAS Child Care

SAS offers subsidized, on-site child care centers in Cary, NC, for children of full-time employees with at least one year of service (as space is available) and subsidized child care in regional offices. Eligibility is based on seniority, age of the child and available space. There is normally a waiting list for this popular and valuable benefit.

The company sponsors two Montessori child care facilities, affiliated with the American Montessori Society, in Cary, NC. SAS also offers child care through a community subsidy option in Cary, NC.

Notification and enrollment
Eligible employees may request a child care center application as soon as the due date or arrival date of the child is known. Two months before the expected arrival date of the child, parents will be notified if space is available and further instructions on enrollment and fees will be provided.

Hours of operation

• On-site child care centers – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

SAS offers a child care information and referral program for all regional US employees. There is no charge to employees for the various services, nor is there a limit on the number of calls made.
