Skin Care

Skin Care Services strives to provide accessible, high-quality skin care services that meet the needs of all patients. Skin Care Services is located on the lobby level of the Wellness Center, Building GX.

Schedule

• Wednesdays: 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• Thursdays: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Payment
These services are available by payroll deduction only (with the exception of tips and skin care products); the RFC must have a payroll deduction form on file before you use this service. Retirees should e-mail the Recreation and Fitness Center team for payment instructions.

Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please call 919-531-4466. You must complete a Skin Care Questionnaire(PDF) before scheduling an appointment. If your appointment will include Microdermabrasion services, you must also read and complete a Microdermabrasion treatment form(PDF).

Cancellation Notice
You must give at least 24 hours' notice when canceling an appointment; failure to do so will result in a charge of $5 for each 15-minute block.
