Massage therapy, offered in conjunction with the Wellness Program, helps increase energy, reduce feelings of pain and increase relaxation and well-being. To schedule an appointment, call 919-531-4466.

Payment
These services are available by payroll deduction only; the RFC must have a payroll deduction form on file before you use this service. Retirees should contact the Recreation and Fitness Center team for payment instructions.

Insurance
SAS benefit plans cover massage therapy when deemed a medical necessity by an eligible health care provider. Contact the SAS Benefits department directly (919-531-9090) with questions regarding eligibility.
